When the road climbs, you cannot hide!

Paved or gravel roads welcome the bikers along the ancient paths of thanshumance flocks where handmade cheese from whole sheep’s milk were produced on open-air.
Just take a breath and relax while charming the timeless beauty of hilltop towns and tasting some of hte finest local cheese and salami including “Gran Sasso” similar to “Grana Padano” cheese making but with raw sheep’s milk and aged in the ancient caves under Rocca Calascio: an unique taste of Italy!
